My husband who is an engineer knew the problem, which after talking to Justin, Justin agreed and we were able to order a new part. While most companies are 6 to 8 weeks out from scheduling a repair installation, Justin was able to squeeze us into his already busy schedule and take the time to install the new part. Since safety is Justin’s primary concern he inspected the entire system to insure it was in good working order.
